Affirmations

Repeat these affirmations daily. You can do it in your head, but, choosing to speak them out loud, especially while looking into a mirror will help you to practice building your confidence.

Try to keep this going for a minimum of three weeks to create a new thought process and self-worth mindset. Of course, the aim is to continue these affirmations and/or others into the future:

  • I WAS BORN WORTHY
  • I AM WORTHY AS I AM
  • I WILL ALWAYS BE WORTHY
